Microsoft CRM User Group Summit 2011

I want to let everyone know there is a very important
Microsoft CRM Event happening in November. The Dynamics CRM User Group
Community will be hosting their annual Conference “Summit 2011” in Las Vegas.

For those not familiar with the CRMUG, they provide a number
of ways to connect and exchange Microsoft CRM knowledge and experiences,
including: regional chapter meetings in locations all across the US and Canada.
They also host virtual special interest group meetings for a number of industries
and roles, frequent educational webinars on relevant CRM topics. I will be facilitating
2 educational sessions at Summit so I hope to see you there.

Those who have rolled out CRM to their sales teams and are having issues with user adoption and gaining any type of measurable ROI from their investment. In the other scenario I am engaged with companies that understand the complexity of CRM, in particular sales force automation deployments and realize they need to bring in experienced professionals to help them with their short and long-term planning, budgeting and deployment.
