I have been involved with the CRM Industry as a Company Founder, Senior Executive, Reseller, Board Member, Educator and Consultant for over 20 years. About 18 months ago I was leading a session at the Dynamics CRM User Group Conference in Florida on Enterprise CRM Best Practices. In the room were about 30 attendees who managed enterprise CRM projects. One of the attendees who was an IT manager spoke about their frustration in getting the business stakeholders to take ownership of the project. After the session I thought about creating a workshop that focused on How to Sell CRM Internally. Since I had previously written over a sales training curriculum for CRM Resellers, this would become the foundation for the new workshop. So join us this Thursday to discuss How to Sell CRM Internally to the key business stakeholders in your organization. Including Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Management. As well as how to sell CRM in the Board Room to C Level Executives. If you not a member of the Dynamics CRM Communities you can sign up for a free trial and attend this event. http://linkd.in/LqCNMD

Sales Force Automation Best Practices Webinar
In my CRM practise I typically get involved with two types of projects. Those who have rolled out CRM to their sales teams and are having issues with user adoption and gaining any type of measurable ROI from their investment. In the other scenario I am engaged with companies that understand the complexity of CRM, in particular sales force automation deployments and realize they need to bring in experienced professionals to help them with their short and long-term planning, budgeting and deployment. My upcoming webinar sponsored by the Dynamics CRM User Group Community was designed to help both experienced and new CRM professionals to plan, build and roll out successful technology deployments to their sales
organizations. I hope you can join us this Thursday. You can register at http://events.linkedin.com/Sales-Force-Automation-Best-Practices/pub/748483Thanks
